Step 2 - Design consignment

设计委托

  • Construction site survey, measurement, photo, base status analysis and records.

Step 3 - Floor Planning

平面规划

  • Preliminary floor planning.
  • 初步平面图规划
  • Communicate with proprietor and validate the details of design allocation.
  • 与业主沟通并确认设计配置细节

Step 4 - Floor Plan Finalization

平面定案

  • Develop floor plan system drawing (design floor plan, ceiling plan, lighting fixture allocation drawing, lighting circuit drawing, utility floor plan and etc)
  • 发展平面系统套图(设计平面图,天花图,灯具配置图,灯具回路图,水电平面图)

Step 5 - Elevation Planning

立面设计

  • Preliminary elevation planning.
  • 初步立面设计
  • Discuss and then confirm the style of the elevation plan.
  • 立面设计造型讨论与确认
  • Make a proposal of material and color plan
  • 材质与色彩计划提案

Step 6 - 3D Rendering and Detailed Planning

3D模拟图与细部规划

  • Develop the details of elevation plan
  • 立面细部详图发展
  • Confirm the relative utility list (such as cookware, bath facilities, and air conditioner and etc)
  • 相关设备表(厨具,卫浴,空调)确认
